Sometimes you see the option “No Box” for a product, but what exactly does that mean?

Normally, we only supply new products, sealed in their original box, of course. But sometimes we also have them without a box. How is that possible?

Apple sometimes holds back a stock of devices for customers who request a warranty repair. If the device cannot be repaired, Apple sends a new device without the original box directly to the customer.

We sometimes have the opportunity to purchase some of these devices from Apple and can offer them to you at a very attractive price. This iPhone comes in a blank box with a standard USB-C charging cable. Come on, admit it... are you really waiting for a box? And of course, you still get two years of warranty!

With us, you always get the same type of SIM support as the device originally has.

Does the device normally have a physical SIM?
Then the device will also have a physical SIM with us.

Does the device support eSIM?
Then this eSIM functionality is also available with us.

We never supply devices where a physical SIM has been replaced by an eSIM. In other words, the SIM capabilities of our devices are always identical to those of the original manufacturer.

You receive a 24-month warranty on all our new devices. Please note: damage caused by drops, impacts, or water is excluded from this warranty. For this type of damage, you can take out a separate device insurance with us.

You have a 30-day cooling-off period for all our products. Within this period, you can return or exchange your purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. This way, you can place your order with peace of mind.

Yes, all our devices are fully SIM-lock free and carrier-unlocked.

This means you can use the device with any provider, both in the Netherlands and abroad. You are therefore not tied to a specific network and can easily switch providers whenever you want.

Our devices are not tied to subscriptions or providers and have no network usage restrictions.
