Step 3: Register your return and state why the item is being returned.
Step 4: We accept the registration and send you a return label.
RETURNS
If you return a device whose box has been opened, we unfortunately cannot issue a full refund. As soon as the packaging is opened, the value of the device decreases significantly. Therefore, in these cases, we apply a value reduction of usually 10% to the purchase price.
Do you want to receive a full refund? Then make sure that the device is returned unopened and in its original packaging.
A cancellation, change, or addition to your order has been processed as soon as you have received a confirmation of this by email or phone. If this is not the case, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Any return costs or shipping costs for a new order will therefore be borne by our customer.
Are you not satisfied with the order you received or have you received a defective item? Then we will of course resolve this for you!
Please note: all business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Right of return within 30 days
Return due to defective / wrong product
1: Conditions for right of withdrawal within 14 days
Should you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. For the quickest possible processing of your return, we ask you to register the return via the customer account on our website.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The direct costs for returning the products are for your account. Return shipments are always at your own risk, even if problems arise with the carrier.
You can easily select the products you want to return to us via your customer account; €5.99 will automatically be deducted from the total amount. You will then receive a return label from us.
Comments:
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
There is no question of a custom product, such as products that have been specially printed or processed for the customer.
Refund
If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will credit the entire order, including any shipping costs incurred by the sender (123TelecomShop), to your bank, credit card, or PayPal account 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. If you have used Klarna, we will reduce the amount of the returned items on this account. You will receive a credit invoice for this by email. If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions, the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.
2: Return due to defective / wrong product
Are your ordered items defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered? Then we will resolve this for you as soon as possible! Register your return via the customer account and clearly state what is wrong. Try to add a photo where we can clearly see what the problem is.
After registration, we will immediately start assessing the application and you will be kept informed.
