Shipping and delivery via PostNL

All products in our web store are immediately available. If an item is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, this will be clearly indicated. Only in exceptional cases, for example if another customer just ordered the same product before you, it may happen that an item is not available after all.

Shipping costs

For orders over €29, we cover the shipping costs entirely. You can choose to have the order:

• Delivered to your home
• Delivered to a different address
  

Do you order before 5:00 PM? Then your order will often be delivered the next business day.

Home delivery

If you are not home during delivery, the delivery person will leave a message. With this, you can pick up your package the next business day at the nearest Pickup Parcelshop. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically returned to us after 7 days.
