You have purchased a new device and, of course, want to enjoy it carelessly for as long as possible. At 123TelecomShop, we offer the option to insure your smartphone directly upon purchase against damage and, if desired, also against theft. Our insurance is offered via Harmony and is cancellable monthly.

How to take out insurance?

You can insure your device up to 14 days after purchase. You can easily do this by filling out the form above!

As soon as we receive your application, we will immediately arrange the insurance for you.

4. Can I extend my insurance if I buy a new device?
No, the insurance applies specifically to the device for which it was taken out. Do you want to insure a new device? Then you must take out new insurance for it.

5. Does my insurance have an excess? Yes, you can find this at the bottom of the page.
