Warranty and complaints

Warranty

Because we stand firmly behind our products, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our devices. Nevertheless, it can occasionally happen that a device does not function properly (even after a short time). In that case, you can be sure that we will solve this for you.

All items you purchase from us come with a legal warranty in accordance with European guidelines. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it. This implies that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and must function properly under normal use. In addition to the legal warranty, we also consider the economic lifespan of the item, as some products last longer than others.

Please note that the warranty is processed directly through 123TelecomShop. If a device is repaired by a third party without our permission, the warranty will be void. Damage that occurs outside the warranty can be repaired by us at a competitive rate. The legal warranty applies without prejudice to any additional warranties offered.

The warranty period for batteries is 1 year. The minimum capacity of the battery is 85% upon delivery, with a minimum of 70% of the original capacity by the end of the warranty period. Of course, you can have your battery replaced by us at a favorable rate outside the warranty period.

If a device is returned to us and no defect is found after investigation, we reserve the right to charge €37 for investigation costs. These must be paid in advance before we return the device. Alternatively, the costs will be settled when a refund is processed.

When returning devices, you must reset them to factory settings. First, make a backup of your data. If resetting is not possible, you must state your access code on the return form. 123TelecomShop is not responsible for any data loss.

All aforementioned warranty periods are handled through 123TelecomShop. These warranty periods concern our own warranty and do not affect the legal warranty.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@123telecomshop.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Furthermore, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union."
