
How can a new device be delivered without a box?
Sometimes you see the option “No Box” with a product, but what does that mean exactly?
Normally we only supply new products, sealed in the box, of course. But sometimes we also have them without a box. How is that possible?
Apple sometimes holds back a stock of devices for customers who request a warranty repair. If the device cannot be repaired, Apple immediately sends a new device without the original box to the customer.
We sometimes have the opportunity to purchase a number of these devices from Apple and can offer them to you at a very attractive price. You will receive the iPhone in a plain box, including a standard USB-C charging cable. These devices are not covered by Apple's factory warranty, but of course you are well protected with us: you get 24 months warranty directly from our store.
